Does the ISC organize temporary housing for new international students?

All SDSU students are responsible for securing their own housing, temporary and permanent.

San Diego Hostel

Description: Basic hostel style living arrangements with shared rooms and kitchen facility. Free breakfast. In downtown San Diego, close to attractions, restaurants and shopping.
Transportation: Public bus #11 goes to SDSU. 60 min minute bus ride. 10 minute walk to bus stop from hostel. Public bus available from airport to hostel.

Description: Short or long term accommodations in basic hotel rooms. TV, microwave, and refrigerator in each room. Located within walking distance to restaurants and shopping. No non-smoking rooms available.
Transportation: Public bus #11 stops right outside hotel door. 40 minute bus ride to campus.

Description: Nice hotel which is great for groups or families. Private two room suite accommodations (living room and bedroom) can sleep up to six people. Pool and laundry. Each suite has a microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker and tv. Free daily breakfast buffet. 2 km to grocery store and restaurants.
Transportation: May need rental car or taxi for transportation. Public bus #81goes to SDSU, but bus stop is located 2 km away from hotel. 25 minute bus ride.
