Do I have to take the TOEFL?

SDSU requires that all applicants demonstrate satisfactory proficiency in English. There are a number of ways in which you can demonstrate proficiency in English.
1. submit a TOEFL score of 550 Paper/ 213 Computer / 80 iBT
2. submit an IELTS score of 6.5
3. This requirement can be waived under certain circumstances. Please see Section 4 of the "I want to apply" section
